WHAT YOU WOULD DO DAILY:

  • Customizing, configuring and parametrizing systems according to technical concepts in time, budget and quality
  • Performing unit tests, technical deployment, documentation and data migration
  • Collaborating with solution architect
  • Designing opportunities for technical improvements
  • Preparing reports and analysis of Incident
  • Specializing on E2E-process Product Lifecycle Management
  • Acting as Subject Matter Expert for MSS or SCM area

WHY YOU ARE THE MAN FOR THE JOB:

You have:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a developer or application specialist
  • Process knowledge on Product Lifecycle Management
  • Excellent communication skills

 

You can:

  • Speak and write English fluently
  • Speak and write German or other additional SD language fluently

 

You know:

  • BIM, PIM or LIM system
  • ITIL Service Management
  • Viamedici or StarLIMS

WHAT YOU WOULD DO DAILY:

 

  • Translate Knauf IT and unit strategy into concrete plan, roadmaps and initiatives
  • Closely align with the business partners of department
  • Manage strategy fulfilment: budget towards targets, overall delivery to meet quality targets
  • Manage Data Center Operations, Information Security Operations, Workplace & Communications Operations as well as Network Operations Teams
  • Implement changes to the entire infrastructure environment alongside ITIL change control disciplines
  • Implement policies/standards to improve the quality and efficiency of support services based on ITIL methodology
  • Work with the Service Owners and Service Desk teams to set SLA criteria for the availability and performance of the IT infrastructure
  • Be responsible for day-to-day system administration and security management, including management of Network, Data Centers, Active Directory, End user devices, Information Security Operations
  • Ensure System and Service monitoring
  • Plan and implement upgrades needed to maintain service levels
  • Work with Service Owners to ensure infrastructure services are running according to design
  • Ensure Service and System lifecycle including updates, upgrades alongside change management procedures
  • Continuously improve processes, tools, procedures as well as organization / responsibilities
  • Manage and develop people and skills
  • Exchange with System and Service Owners
  • Drive global standardization

WHY YOU ARE THE MAN FOR THE JOB:

You have:

  • Experience in managing global infrastructure operations teams.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Infrastructure Operations.
  • 5 years of experience in managing/leading Service/Infrastructure Specialists/Teams, preferably in similar role.
  • Strong (over 5 years) of experience in international companies, preferably in the manufacturing area).
  • IT Service Management certification (ITIL).
  • Good understanding of IT Security and Data Protection.
  • Good understanding of Cloud and mobile technology.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft client/server infrastructures including Office365.
  • Good knowledge of networking concepts and technologies.
  • Very strong service attitude and proactive team player.
  • Very good communicator and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Language skills: English (German is an asset).
  • Willingness to travel (40% of working time).

WHAT YOU WOULD DO DAILY:

  • Provide training and mentoring to Level 1 peers in support of enhancement and defect tickets
  • Monitor systems integration and process automation
  • Work closely with process owner Service Request Management to build requested items using workflows to manage processes from the client to the fulfillment teams
  • Coordinate and perform installation and testing of ServiceNow updates and new releases
  • Configure and enhance all aspects of ServiceNow such as workflow, user interface (UI), client scripts, business rules, and more, utilizing out-of-the-box functionality as much as possible and only customizing when necessary
  • Establish standards and IT hygiene within ServiceNow, including maintenance routines, development standards, and code reviews
  • Knowledge of improving performance and configuration by utilizing ServiceNow best practices
  • Strong ability to identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions and continual service improvement
  • Ability to effectively absorb information from various sources, then analyze and examine data in detail, and draw appropriate conclusions
  • Hands-On experience in Service Management KPIs and the ability to leverage from ServiceNow Analytics to build smart reports

WHY YOU ARE THE MAN FOR THE JOB:

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, Master’s degree preferred
  • At least four years of experience in IT Service Delivery to include at least two years of experience as a System Administrator of ServiceNow
  • ServiceNow System Administration certification and/or ServiceNow Application Development certification
  • Experience with web technologies such as LDAP, SSO, VPN, SSL and normalization and reconciliation tools
  • At least one year of experience using JavaScript or HTML
  • ITIL v.3 Foundations certification
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • ServiceNow Administrator Certification
  • ServiceNow Implementation Bootcamp Certification – will be an asset

WHY YOU ARE THE MAN FOR THE JOB:

 

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, Master’s degree preferred
  • Experience in managiiing Intranet and information sharing systems in a global environment
  • 10 years experience in the IT CMS, SharePoint, Intranet field, ideally in an international company
  • 5 years experience in 3rd level or System Owner position
  • Expert skills in Microsoft SharePoint 2010/2013 and profund knowledge in 2016/SharePoint Online
  • Experience in Migration Projects, especially in the mentioned versions
  • Very good understanding of the CMS Market, Intranet and Internet for future design
  • Very good SharePoint Designer, relevant Microsoft Infrastructure and various Add-On’s experience (especially in interfaces, integrations)
  • Language skills: English, Polish, German
